New dumping facility for van life compost toilet users

Hot on the heels of London-based Circular Revolution comes Movement in Motion.

Based on the Berkshire/Oxon borders and close to the A34, they are providing a drop-off facility for the contents of your compost toilet, and in turn, they’ll process it and return the valuable resource to the land, with an ambition for longer term soil health.

The composting is done safely and according to the current legislation and is especially designed for van lifers and boaters who are not able to compost on the go.

The service is initially under trial, and started in April 2022 and is intended to last British Summer Time to October 26th 2022. Whilst aimed at van-lifers who have urine diverting compost toilets, it’s also ideal for boaters, being located half way between the Kennet & Avon Canal (Newbury) and Oxford Canal (Oxford).

They charge by the kilo, making it suitable for separating toilets.
